One Arm Shoulderstand will work to build greater technical understanding, range, comfort, line and ability with this higher level skill within Acro Dance. Participants should have the strength and mobility to move into Shoulderstands, including Plough Pose, and Puppy Pose and Chest Stand Prep with ease.
Please note that online training does have added risk: There is no one there to spot you, ensure the safety of the area you are training in, the safety of equipment you are using, your readiness to train acro floorwork skills, or monitor your alignment and approach to training. Please understand that you participate at your own risk.
