Props/Training Supports:
Carpet or mat for conditioning
Blocks for warm-up
Large enough area to move around in safely
Recommended: Socks to slide around in
Class will take fundamental acro dance floorwork moves and apply them to new movements and choreographic sequences. Participants should be comfortable with less cueing and faster paced movement. Skills used in this class could include:
One-Arm Shoulderstand
Shoulder Rolls
Fish Flop
Reverse Kip-Up
Please note that online training does have added risk: There is no one there to spot you, ensure the safety of the area you are training in, the safety of equipment you are using, your readiness to train acro floorwork skills, or monitor your alignment and approach to training. Please understand that you participate at your own risk.
