Group instruction offered through fitness, dance, and yoga studios is a great way to obtain fundamental instruction and maintain consistency in training. At various points in one’s training, a more tailored approach may be desired to further progress and understanding. For this purpose or others, students may wish to book a one-on-one session or perhaps get a small group together with similar needs.
Virtual Private Sessions
Training virtually is an excellent way for people both within British Columbia and beyond to make training more accessible. Bronwen has four years of experience teaching both private and group sessions virtually. She credits much of her own training with well-known coaches located in various parts of the globe through the use of Zoom sessions. Bronwen largely makes use of verbal cueing and demonstration in her in-person classes as opposed to physical assists and adjustments. For those who do not require spotting for safety, are body-aware, and are largely visual learners, virtual training may be a great option. With no need for studio rental, scheduling is more available.
