Prerequisites:

  • L 2 Split Classes

  • Comfortable with exercises done from the knees

Class content:

Intro
1:00 Acclimation & dynamic warm-up
8:00 Floor conditioning
9:00 Lunge sequence
19:30 Reclined splits
25:00 Standing split from downward dog (or knees)
27:30 Standing split with barre
33:15 Cool down & close
