Please review the upcoming changes to our Service Agreement, effective Sept 4, 2024. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to improving our services and ensuring that our terms remain clear, current, and aligned with industry standards.

These changes include:

• Updates to our Service Agreement:

  • Emergency Contact Information. BLK Yoga cares about your safety during in-person and online classes. While not compulsory, we do request that you consider adding your ICE information to this agreement:

    • In-person Participation. Please provide us with the contact details of who we should contact in case of any emergency. 

    • Online Participation. Please provide us with your address/location (during classes) and the contact details of who we should contact in case of an emergency.

These updates, which you can view via the link to the Service Agreement, go into effect on September 4, 2024. If you disagree with these updates, you may terminate your agreement with BLK at any time by deleting your account through your user profile. By choosing not to terminate your account with BLK Yoga, or by continuing to use our website, video recordings and/or attending livestream classes on or after September 4, 2024, you accept and agree to these updates.
