Comfortable approaching centre work: donkey kicks, pike slides from forward fold to plank, straddle hops
Handstands against the wall
Crow and other bent-arm balance
Full Chaturanga & Sun Salutation

Acclimation, neuro drills & dynamic warm-up
Mat conditioning
Jump through conditioning
