Level: 2/3 or Intermediate
Prerequisites:

  • Crow

  • Chaturanga

Props:

  • Blocks

  • Mat or carpet

  • Something padded to support in bent arm balance, like a chair or a couch.

Bent Arm Balances will focus on the technique behind and conditioning for common bent arm balances found in yoga. Skills such as Crow/Crane Pose, Koudinyasana (Split on Arm) and Mayurasana (Peacock) may be included.
